Sarvesh Goel Champions Fitness Movement with Record Participation at Lucknow Run 2025
Lucknow Run 2025 once again proved why it’s the most anticipated fitness event in the region. Organized by dynamic entrepreneur and wellness advocate Sarvesh Goel, the seventh edition drew over 3,000 participants, including elite athletes from India and abroad, school children, senior citizens, and professionals—all united by a shared mission of promoting health and unity.
Flagged off from GD Goenka Public School, the event featured four categories—21 km, 10 km, 5 km, and 3 km—with runners taking over Shaheed Path in a vibrant show of energy, discipline, and spirit.

Winners Steal the Show
The half-marathon (21 km) was the crown jewel of the event. In the men’s category, Sundar Singh clinched the first position with an impressive finish time of 1 hour, 10 minutes, and 19 seconds. On the women’s side, Aliette Devred from France topped the list, completing the race in 53 minutes and 15 seconds, followed by Premlata Gupta and Priyanka.
In the 10 km category, Krishna Singh Gurjar and Diana Victor emerged champions in the men’s and women’s categories respectively, showcasing top-tier endurance and pace. Other notable finishers included Sunil and Surya in the men’s 21 km, and Rekha Singh and Ketaki in the 10 km women’s category.
A Global Fitness Celebration
What truly set Lucknow Run 2025 apart was its international appeal. Runners from countries like France, UK, Ecuador, Indonesia, Luxembourg, Jamaica, and Russia joined Indian participants, making the event a celebration of global fitness and camaraderie. The event saw active involvement from dignitaries including Dr. Rajeshwar Singh (MLA), BR Hariharan, Anil Kumar, Ritu Suhaas, Naveen Arora, Pankaj Kumar, Avnish Kumar Singh, and senior CISF officers. Their presence added prestige and encouragement for every participant on the track.
